  1. UA Block is rampant in Lazada and Shopee because it can really reduce pain and swelling in just few hours..i have tried it, thought severe effect is drowsiness blurry vision.. It helps a lot to relieve painf Gouty attack.. Now FDA is saying not recomended on what reason, pls elaborate further. And why It is rampantly being Sold online where seller can easily be identified why they just ignore and not act about it..or it is just again money talk that is why it is not approved. They should specifically say what is the reason why it is not approved for the citizenry to know the real effect.

    1. I think your concern should be directed to the FDA for proper advise on why their regulatory office has released the advisory. But for us rheumatologists, the concern is really much on the uncertainty of the products undisclosed contents which may cause problems in the long run. It may be effective based on your experience but we are unsure how safe it is. If it were, it would have passed through the proper channels in getting a certificate of product registration (CPR) which all legitimate medicines possess.
